In my research into St Brigid, I found mention of both dairy and also honey and the tradition of eating a big plate of floury boiled potatoes slathered in rich homemade butter on St Brigid’s Day or St Brigid’s Eve. In this 1 1/2hr class I will demonstrate traditional Irish recipes inspired by these ingredients.
